Nadia Tazzioli, age 87 of Highland Park passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 6, 1932 in Fornoli, Bagni di Lucca, Italy to the union of Alfredo and Maria (Menconi) Bianchi. On July 23, 1960 at St. James Church, Highwood she married Emiliano Giuseppe Tazzioli and the couple started their family. Nadia was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Highland Park and the Sacred Heart Guild of St. James Church, Highwood.
Beloved wife of the late Emiliano on September 12, 2017. Loving mother of Caroline Leider of Lake Forest and David (Misty) Tazzioli of Lake Bluff. Fond nonna of Michael Leider of Media, PA, Colleen Leider of Dallas, TX, Carson, Tristan and Cross Tazzioli of Lake Bluff. Dear sister of the late Marino (late Rina) (late Laura) Bianchi, late Vasco (late Elda) Bianchi and the late Settemio (Italia) Bianchi all of Italy.
Visitation Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service 1:00 PM at Seguin & Symonds Funeral Home, 858 Sheridan Road, Highwood. Rev. Mark Augustine, Pastor of Church of St. Mary, Lake Forest, officiating. Interment will follow at Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
